Veera Kharé Asher
Dr. Veera Kharé Asher, DMA (voice), CSCS, is a co-founding member and CEO at KM BBV Holdings, LLC dba KPERFORM™ and inventor of BrainBodyVoice™ (BBV) Systems. Her pioneering research and innovations for decision making under pressure or threat, coupled with actively training our SOF warfighters for operational readiness, recovery, recalibration and optimization of the combined physical, respiratory and cognitive human systems, has established BBV systems-based training protocols as a new category in human performance optimization, injury prevention and early disease intervention [HPOIPeDI].
Dr. Asher invented the BBV Systems-based methodology to introduce the role of the vocal process as a part of the holistic Brain-Body connection, whereby filling critical gaps in brain health and neuroscience research and innovation. She believes the integration of BBV systems-based analog and digital quantitative algorithms and prescriptive analytics, with other physical, cognitive and neurological methodologies or devices for human performance and warfighter operational readiness, would ensure a more comprehensive rules-based system to inform the machine learning [ML] that drives the AI for digital twin technologies.
Dr. Asher’s S.T.E.A.M.^3 strategic business model to evolve KPERFORM™ products with next generations, through disruption, has become a bridge for innovation between disparate disciplines that include, but are not limited to: the performing arts, gaming and e-sport, U.S. Warfighter and law enforcement, elite athletic performance, yogic or ancient science, health and wellness, western and integrative medicine, longevity and anti-ageing science, and interventions for cognitive optimization in neurodiverse populations, or those with neurological vulnerabilities due to either or both, kinetic and non-kinetic causes.
Dr. Asher spent eight cumulative years as a university professor, teaching both applied voice and performance classes at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas (UNLV) and Loyola Marymount University (LMU). She remains a highly sought-after speaker and thought leader on voice science, strength and conditioning, long-term athletic development (LTAD), medical, health & wellness, and in related high-performance speaker and sports industries. She has conducted extensive lectures, workshops and coaching sessions across the United States and internationally in Canada, the United Kingdom, Norway and India.
Dr. Asher completed her pre-medical studies in biochemistry from the University of British Columbia (UBC), followed by voice, opera and directing degrees from Mount Royal University (MRU), UBC, The Hartt School (UHA), and a Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA) degree in voice performance and published interdisciplinary dissertation from UNLV. Before Dr. Asher founded KPERFORM™, she was a creator, producer, and performer in live and dome theaters, from cabaret to large scale theatrical and cirque-like productions with immersive technology in Las Vegas, Radio City Music Hall and Los Angeles.
Dr. Asher and KPERFORM™ are members of the National Defense Industry Association (NDIA), the NDIA Human Systems Division, Women in Defense (WID), Women in Homeland Security, National Faculty to the United States Sports Academy (USSA), and a former Board member of the Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA)-Los Angeles inaugural chapter. Dr. Asher recently moved to Nashville and works closely with an extensive network of subject matter experts, in the United States and abroad, that support the mission to secure our nation, and optimize U.S. warfighter and civilian safety.

Walter McLallen
Walter McLallen is a co-founding member and serves as our Chairman and is a professional with over 35 years of leveraged finance, private equity, restructuring and operations experience. Mr. McLallen has been the Managing Member of Meritage Capital Advisors, an advisory boutique firm focused on debt and private equity transaction origination, structuring and consulting since 2004. Mr. McLallen has extensive board and organizational experience and has served as a director, Chairman or Vice Chairman on numerous corporate and non-profit boards and committees, with a significant historical focus on consumer products-related companies. Mr. McLallen serves as a director of publicly traded OneSpaWorld Holdings (OSW:NASDAQ), a pre-eminent global provider of health and wellness services and products onboard cruise ships and in destination resorts around the world; The LoveSac Company (LOVE:NASDAQ), a direct to consumer specialty furniture brand supporting an e-commerce model; and Haymaker Acquisition Corp. 4 (HYAC:NYSE); as well as of private companies, including Timeless Wine Company, the producer of consumer luxury wine brands Silver Oak, Twomey and OVID; Worldwise, a consumer branded pet products company; adMarketplace, a search engine advertiser; Frontier Dermatology, a physician practice platform; and XYone Therapeutics, an early-stage biotechnology company. Mr. McLallen is also a founder and Co-Chairman of Tomahawk Strategic Solutions, a law enforcement and corporate training and risk management company. From 2006 to 2015, Mr. McLallen was the Vice Chairman of Remington Outdoor Company, an outdoor consumer platform he co-founded with a major investment firm. Mr. McLallen was formerly with CIBC World Markets from 1995 to 2004, during which time he was a Managing Director, head of Debt Capital Markets and head of High Yield Distribution. Mr. McLallen started his career in the Mergers & Acquisitions Department of Drexel Burnham Lambert and was a founding member of The Argosy Group L.P. in 1990. Mr. McLallen received a B.A. with a double major in Economics and Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
