[Transcription] "I just wanted to give you a little bit of a background into what I do and how I've been working with Dr. Veera and the last two years. And we've been discussing these new performance parameters, and just how important that is to sport performance military performance general population, and what it can lead to in the future is the most important thing. So, I've personally been in the performance field for about 15 years or plus. And I'm also involved in continuing education for science and sports performance, and I haven't seen a technique like this, or anything similar come around to this point. So working with Dr Veera in the weight room or we've worked on the track or even just discussing the theoretical knowledge behind the method or the tool the system of PFT / Bubble Cheek™ . I think it's important that we find ways to investigate this even further to really break barriers in performance for the future for again these populations of sport performance or military tactical or even just general population.
CASE #2: The LANDMARK CASE: Where I,Dr. Veera Asher, worked collaboratively with laryngologist Dr. Chhetri. He was able to verify PFT (BK Method) and Bubble Cheek™ as another choice for performers otherwise out of options. This patient was a professional singer that had already committed to a performance with a world-renowned recording artist that did not allow the traditional months of time for vocal rest, surgery and recovery.
“The Patient had to be on voice rest and she continued to need to do some exercises despite being on voice rest. And so maybe the groundbreaking part of [PFT] is that one can activate the muscles and not phonate which is very unique. And that maintained the strength while she was on voice rest and so when she was finally taken off voice rest it looked like she really never rested her voice.” - Dr. Chhetri, Voice Doctor
“You have to understand the underlying reason for why she developed the polyp, which was that she had some weakness in the vocal cords, and perhaps from technique and some overuse. The interesting part about that, is obviously she needed a procedure done, an in office laser, to take care of the hemorrhagic polyp. She needed additional help to improve the vocal cords and the weakness and the imbalance.
You could maybe say that there was some asymmetry where, after the PFT, not only the imbalance was taken care of but the condition of her vocal cords looked much better than they had ever been. We then could objectively show that there was a difference in regards to that asymmetry she had and the condition of the vocal cords. So I think all of that combined, led to increased power and better voice.” ~ Dr. Dinesh Chhetri, Voice Doctor (laryngologist)

THE ELITE 1%
Sarah: Me as an elite athlete, and especially who I am, I’m very in tune because it’s so important for me to be 1% better to find a little bit of an edge, and so I emphasize a lot on what I’m bringing to the table. I’m not going to be the biggest, fastest, and strongest, so what! It doesn’t matter if I’m the biggest, fastest and strongest. More important questions for me in my career right now are am I eating right, am I hydrating, am I getting enough sleep, am I recovering, am I doing the appropriate workouts? I am always thinking I can get just a little bit better, even if it’s just a fraction better.
So, what do I do as an athlete to get 1% better? I have to be open to new ideas, or new styles of training, because that’s the only way I’m going to improve in my performance. I can’t keep doing the same thing and think I’m going to get better. So, as an elite athlete, I had to take a chance on adding something else to my toolbox. It’s also an advantage being a mature athlete because I’m more efficient and skillful in my training and performance. I have the experience to know the value in how adding something new could introduce access to an untapped variable, that could get me to the next level of performance. You, Dr. Asher, bring something new, different, and necessary to me that my body needs, because it needs to be challenged a little differently than the traditional methods of training. I have a phenomenal team of strength and conditioning coaches that have helped to reinvent me as an athlete, but now I have an opportunity to use PFT / Bubble Cheek™ as a tool to augment what I do in the weight room and on the court. It actually doesn’t matter what environment I am training in; you can, and should, utilize PFT and Bubble Cheek™ regardless of your training environment. What you are teaching and what you provided to me was something new that has allowed me to enhance my performance. I am willing to go that extra mile to reinvent myself. I am willing to evolve to maximize my mental toughness and physical performance; even when it’s uncomfortable and difficult. Not many people are willing to do that nor are they willing to even try. Or, even when people are willing to try it, they struggle with staying committed to it. But like I always ask myself, ‘what am I willing to do to get 1% better today?’ I think that’s what separates the good from the great, the great from the best, and the best from the exceptional.
Over the past two years I have had the honor of getting to work closely with Dr. Veera Asher. Dr. Veera’s PFT / Bubble Cheek™ techniques have had a drastically positive impact on both my career as a student at Loyola Marymount University and as an electronic music artist performing regularly at venues around Southern California. Not only have these learned techniques optimized my performance in nearly every aspect of my life, but I now no longer feel the need to take my prescribed ADD medication which I have been taking for five years. I find myself being able to focus at the same level as before without feeling the negative side effects that come along with a prescribed stimulant. Beyond being an incredible teacher of cutting edge performance techniques Dr. Veera is an amazing person and really cares about those she is working with. I am so grateful for my experience with Dr. Veera and I couldn’t possibly speak better of an individual.

My continuous research and testing with Dr. Veera Asher using the Precision Form Training (PFT) system has allowed me to discover new techniques that would otherwise require multiple modalities to accomplish.
In her continued research and development Dr. Veera has been able to develop a system that allows for the direct implementation in multiple activities. During my most recent experience, the use of PFT / Bubble Cheek™ develops outstanding core control, manages the fight-or-flight response, and improvements in Neurocognitive functions.
During the past couple sessions with Dr. Veera and the PFT system, I truly believe that this has direct benefits to the sport of Marksmanship. Overall this system has compounding benefits for the Armed Forces and especially our highly tactical practitioners of the Special Forces Community.
● A training system that develops core control of our breath patterns allows for greater precision and accuracy of every marksman.
● The ability to regulate our fight-or-flight responses will allow for leaders and soldiers to ensure they are making sound judgement during high stress situations.
● Improvements in Neurocognitive functions allow for split second calculations and decisions. Further improve rehabilitation for those who suffer from TBI
● Precision Form Training will also improve the soldiers overall endurance of handling a Full Combat Load
This has great impact on US Forces that will lead to development of better soldiers and furthermore will allow for the development of better humans.

Testimonial from Annette K. Lynch, Founder and CEO of AKL Connection, LLC; former athlete, coach, teacher and administrator (Coaching Education with Special Olympics International)
“Dr. Veera Asher gave me my first experience with PFT and the Bubble Cheek in 2017; it was awe-inspiring. I immediately felt stronger, taller, and confident. I did not know how it worked, but I knew that it worked. There were no devices. The device was my body and what I called into play. I felt a connection – a link – between the mental and physical aspects of training. Today, I use the Bubble Cheek in golf – to set up my most efficient and effective swing so that I can maximize my efforts, mentally and physically.”
“PFT and the Bubble Cheek have practical implications for any type of performance, for anyone and for those of any ability. Individuals with special needs will find it easy to learn and repeat; elite athletes will maximize their efforts over a longer period of time. I cannot wait to see what this gift will enable in so many!”
[Transcription] Steven Ferrer: I'm a certified personal trainer at equinox. I'm also a first attended the United States Army Reserves. I met Dr. Veera about two years ago in the Southern California regional conference for the CSCS. Just from our background, what we've been taught before is you know, to draw down and everything. The PFT / Bubble Cheek™ system is very different from that into where when you take that bubble nose breath and everything, your core actually it seems like you kind of become weightless. Your core seems a little higher, center center of mass is a little higher, actually. It's very different. almost certain times feeling weightlessness, while the core still be engaged, instead of having new neuromuscularly innervate and engaged all the muscles, you're almost doing it autonomically. So I see that it's almost easier to get everything turned on and going. It was weird is the moment we use PFT on the BOSU ball actually felt weightlessness and there was moments of like just complete still. And in the squat was weird that the same weightless this feeling when you have when you're actually loaded with a bar and even in the bottom position in a sticking point where it should be the hardest was actually seemed the easiest. I was bouncing straight out of there.
And so I could see how PFT is turning on the right muscles without have you do it neurmuscularly. Yeah, super awesome. Super new. I think it would really benefit a lot of different people, especially because I work in different populations and you can really work out.
[transcription] "So Dr V, your [ PFT / Bubble Cheek™] method has fully changed my life. I've been going to chiropractic for almost a year, because I had scoliosis and a lot of other issues, like really tight hips, really tight breathing issues, and just everything was just not working and affecting my singing, and my body...and my chiropractor Dr. Cherene K. Toscano, DC when she saw me after two sessions with you was in utter shock. She was because she knows my body better than anybody else that was just like, "can I learn her method I need to know, because I want to heal people, and this is working'. "This saves time, this gets people out of the chiropractic office and they don't have to keep coming back. Like I spent nine months in sessions, and it was helping it was helping a lot but that two sessions, I'm already way, like my body's like I'm already healed. My body's like no other stuff in and I I seen it way better. I sing way better than before my vocal cords are connecting. I'm, I understand, this is like the why everything that was adding up before was just like, I was getting information from my trainer I was getting information from my chiropractor. I was learning stuff in physiology, and it all made sense. But then there was like a missing why, and this method was that why that connected all the dots together and just kind of like, I just see all the growth happening now, and it's light years of speed, just going ahead so I'm excited for my life, that's happening right now in my life that's coming, It's it's awesome so thank you so much."

Dear Dr. Khare Asher:
I would like to thank you for the opportunity to observe the PFT / BubbelCheek methodology during my visit to Los Angeles last month (November, 2019). It was profoundly interesting to note the influence of the intervention on my nervous system.
As I explained to you, I was injured by exposure to medication that modulates the central nervous system (CNS) and my body has been struggling to return to homeostasis ever since. The common description of this type of problem after cessation is withdrawal. Unfortunately, some withdrawal does not resolve within days or weeks and can in cases go on for even years (post-acute withdrawal syndrome). In such situations, there is no existing therapy (pharmacological or otherwise) to ease suffering.
I am intrigued by the possibility that the PFT / Bubble Cheek™ method could lead us toward specific protocols that would provide for non-pharmacological modulation of the central nervous system in specific disease states. This would provide practitioners with more desperately needed treatment options and, perhaps, some kind of protocol to assist individuals suffering with post-acute withdrawal syndrome.
I wish you the best as you continue your line of research and I am extremely hopeful you will be able to further refine and develop your methodology. This type of work is extremely critical right now and severely needed.
Kind Regards,
Daryl L.

Amanda gave this testimonial before she completed her studies, and is now a Physiotherapist/Physical Therapist!. Brava! [...] [Transciption] I met Veera during my junior year at LMU, where she became my voice teacher. And we instantly connected on multiple levels. We both have a background in science as well as music and we bought into where we actually grew to be research partners where she became my mentor. In our study, we looked at human body as well as how it performs in singing. Overall human performance and how it can be applied to multiple I studied the efficacy of voicing perturbations for the improvement of postural balance measuring the center of pressure. The study helped shape my career path because I finally realized that there was A way to combine my two passions. [...]
I think my work and my research can impact the physical therapy world by bringing things to the table that have never been there before. techniques that people haven't used and ways that we can help with rehab and make it a little bit more fun, a little more exciting as well. Using the PFT system. [...]
PFT is also impacted my personal life, both in singing and my time in the gym as well [...]
I want to integrate PFT / Bubble Cheek™ into my own practice. I think it's really important to keep up with the most recent research especially in the field as ever changing as physical therapy we adapt all the time to patient needs and environmental needs. And when there's new research, physical therapists take that on into their practice. [...]
Testimonial from Senior Master Christina Newberry, Owner of Leaders 4 Life Martial Arts and 7th degree black belt (FYI - set world record for female using one hand breaking 222 boards in one minute, on May 24, 1993 on Regis and Kathy Lee show; current record is 230 set April 9, 2018)
“Thank you for taking the time to teach me the Bubble Cheek™. It immediately relieved stress and made me more aware of how I was holding my posture, which was causing more damage after my injury. Dr. Asher’s evaluation and intervention made a huge difference. Now I have something that is quick and easy to realign myself, both physically and mentally.”
"Well, yeah came with $200 in my pocket to Los Angeles with a dream and a goal to succeed and to be what I've always you have to be able to expect....You can fix backs, I have a back situation, and it was either live or die for me. I couldn't stand up for only 30 minutes at a time and my back would tighten up." [ON THE IMPACT OF PFT / Bubble Cheek™ TRAINING TOOL] "Dr. Veera has actually changed my life in that aspect, for sure. That entrepreneur bug has been my whole life. You know, ever since I was young, I was little I was always selling something I have to regularly give myself time."
I have known Veera for many years but only heard about her work for the first time this summer. I was very interested in learning about it. After my first session with her, I had to experiment on my husband. He is 63 years old and not a professional singer but expressed interest in singing lessons. (Quarantine makes people learn weird things). My husband and I have been stuck on separate continents throughout the pandemic. So, we started our lessons online and I made him try the “bubble cheeks” exercise which made his voice very resonant and supported. I worked with him for three days, and I noticed that his energy level was very low but he blamed insomnia. A few days after that, he confessed that he had COVID-19 during those three days. He was running a fever during the lessons (unbeknownst to me) but was able to work through it. I am convinced that the bubble cheeks exercise helped him not to develop any COVID complications and recover much faster. He did not take any medication during the virus attack. None!
As far as my own singing, I have noticed more consistency. Just concentrating on the inhalation and keeping my sternum up made my singing very consistent without having to think about the million technical things that I usually think while singing. As a voice teacher I was losing the joy in my singing, concentrating only on the technical aspect of the art. I sang only because I had to. Now I feel like singing again. Bubble cheeks brought back joy to my singing! Thank you, Veera!

Since PFT / Bubble Cheek™ can influence CG, (center of gravity), then considering our Game Changing Performance Metrics of COP, ASP and SubG, we are investigating further, applications for outer space and anti-gravity environments.
By manipulating CG in space with PFT / Bubble Cheek™ we can "modify the moment of inertia of a body and this will affect how the body moves in absence of gravity." - Aerodynamics subject matter expert

*check out connection with football and opera in his Real Sports HBO interview “Classically Trained”. (Timely for us 😉)
Article:
Tucker showed off his big leg and bigger personality
One of Baltimore’s most popular athletes, Justin Tucker, was featured on HBO’s ‘Real Sports with Bryant Gumble’. Those in the greater Baltimore area are familiar with Tucker’s unique abilities both on and off the football field, which were showcased Tuesday night. The most accurate kicker in NFL history showed off his operatic prowess as one of the shows featured stories. Tucker, who can sing opera in seven (yes, seven) different languages, was the featured athlete of the evening.[...]“Nerves of steel, ice in his veins or some other dopey cliche” interviewer Bernie Goldberg said that he expected Tucker to refer to, regarding his mental state before kicking the ball.Tucker surprised Goldberg by admitting, “When I run out there into the field I’m nervous, I’m scared.” The segment then shifted from focusing on Tucker’s kicking career to his singing career.Tucker said that his opera career started his freshman year in college, “I would be breathing so deeply from singing. I would leave a one hour singing session, and be more tired than I would after a 6 a.m. football practice.”
“It made my manage my breath coming into that performance. (Tucker takes a deep breath to exemplify) then it’s go time.” The all-world Kicker elaborated that operatic training has helped him manage his breath before he kicks, which in turn eases his nerves.[...]In the closing moments of the segment, Tucker said that his most nervous moment was not before kicking in the Super Bowl, but rather a moment before he sang in front of a large crowd for a Christmas opera spectacular.[...]
